EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

May 2020 Employee of the Month:

Rod Taliaferro

Rod is a General Spotter on Terry Booker's paving crew. He's been with us at Colony for 5 years now. Rod says he enjoys hanging with the fellas he works with. 

One of Rod's favorite things to do outside of work is going to see drag races. Some of his cousins even race. Rod was born and raised in Virginia and has always lived here. He currently lives in Cartersville. 

Rod said something he can't live without are video games and he loves to play Madden games. 

Angelina Hernandez shared a lot of great things about Rod. "Rod is one of the nicest, hardest workers. He never has an attitude, always smiles and when asked to help in any way he does. He stands by the paver in all types of heat and still does his job and more with such a great attitude."

Way to go, Rod! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication! We are happy you're a part of the Colony family!
