April 2025 Employee of the Month:

AJ Coleman

AJ is a Paver Operator and has been a part of the Colony team for 10 years now! While at work, AJ said he enjoys helping the guys out on his crew anytime they need help.

 

Outside of work AJ loves spending time with his family and his kids who are now 3, 5, & 9. AJ has coached on his oldest son’s baseball team and they recently made it to All Stars! On his time off, you can find AJ hunting, fishing, or getting in a game of softball.

 

Paving Foreman, Bruce Brice shared this about AJ, “He is a very hard worker that gives his all every day, while trying to help the rest of the guys around him get better at their job. He’s dependable and will do anything asked of him when it comes to work.”
