March 2023 Employee of the Month:

Jermaine Crawley

 

Jermaine has been here at Colony for 4 years now in our Milling Division. He’s currently on Alex’s Milling Crew.

 

What Jermaine enjoys most at work is the people. Especially Alex and the whole crew, along with Scott & Cathy. He said he’s enjoyed learning and that Alex and Justin have taught him a lot.

 

One of his favorite jobs that he’s worked on so far has been the work we’ve done at Fort Pickett. He mentioned they also had really good food so that was a plus.

 

Jermaine was born and raised in Virginia and currently lives in Cumberland. He has two daughters who are 6 and 17. When he’s not at work he enjoys working on his lawn and fishing at Bear Creek Lake for some peace of mind.

 

Our Milling Foreman, Alex Gibbs added “Jermaine has been a great guy, always on time, does traffic, and even helps out other crews if they need help.”
