March 2024 Employee of the Month:

Justin Haislip

​

Justin has been with Colony for 5 years now. He is a Milling Machine Operator and is currently on Coop’s Operations Support crew.

​

Justin is a father to his 2 year old son, Weston. Outside of work, Justin enjoys playing guitar at home and at church. He also enjoys woodworking when he can. With the summer coming up, Justin is looking forward to days spent floating on the James river.

​

Milling Foreman, Dylan Tyree complimented Justin. “He has come into the new year strong. He has stepped up to be Coop’s right hand and in the meantime has been running the skid steer for me. He doesn’t hesitate to get out and shovel or blow whatever needs to be done. He continues to bring a good attitude to work.”

Project Superintendent, Eddie Fields also had great things to say about Justin. “He is a vital asset to any crew he is on and is always willing to learn and help out.”
