June 2023 Employee of the Month:

Lionel Bowles

​

Lionel or “LB” as most people know him by, has been with us for 3 years now in our Milling Division on Dylan’s crew.

 

LB currently operates the skid steer. He was talking about working at Colony and said, “I like the family environment here. Everyone seems like family.”

 

LB is on night work right now. He said he likes it because he’s more of a night person and enjoys the cooler weather. LB calls Farmville home and loves living there. Outside of work LB enjoys playing soccer and basketball. He also likes to run.

 

Our Milling Foreman, Dylan Tyree added, “Lionel is always willing to take on a new challenge. He always has a good attitude. He also recently got his CDL and will be getting time in a truck soon.”
