November 2023 Employee of the Month:

Nick Payne

​

Nick has been with Colony for 12 years now. When Nick first started working at Colony, he was a Dump Truck Driver, then became a Water Truck Driver, and now he is a Tack Truck Operator.

​

Nick said some of his favorite projects this year were out in Clarksville, Warrenton, and Mecklenberg. On Nick’s time off, he loves doing yard work at his house and at his Dad’s house or a neighbor’s house. He enjoys helping out however he can.

​

Our Vice President of Operations, Mike Bell had some great things to say about Nick. “Nick does his job well and goes above and beyond his tack truck responsibility every day. He helps sweep, run the blower, paint lines, and helps layout the job. He makes my job and the crew he’s on so much easier. He is an asset to any crew he is assigned to.”
