July 2025 Employee of the Month:

Randolph Church

​​Randolph has been a valued member of our Milling Division here at Colony for the past 7 years.

 

When he’s not at work, Randolph enjoys fishing and tackling projects around his house. His go-to football team? The Pittsburgh Steelers!

 

Milling Division Foreman, Dylan Tyree, had high praise for Randolph. "We have had some crew position changes and in doing so Randolph has had to take on multiple roles while we trained others, mainly going to the broom and back to the side of the mill. He never complains and always has a good attitude. He will do whatever you ask of him and is vital to the crew."
