November 2025 Employee of the Month:

Rogelio Soto Gonzalez

Rogelio worked for us many years ago when Colony was much smaller. He rejoined the team at the beginning of the year and we are definitely happy to have him back with us.

Rogelio is a Paver Operator on Carl’s Paving Crew. He talked about how he loves paving and has been paving for 20 years now.

Although he prefers the warm weather, Rogelio is looking forward to the holiday season and spending quality time with his family. He and his wife have two children, a daughter who is 18 and a son who is 16. Rogelio says his wife is a great cook and he loves anything that she makes. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Paving Foreman, Carl Osborne had great things to say about Rogelio. “He came to the crew in the beginning of the season and fit right in. He is a hard worker and takes pride in his work. He is also dependable and has no problem taking on any task given to him.”

Thank you Rogelio for all of your hard work and dedication! We are glad you are a part of the Colony family!

CONGRATULATIONS ROGELIO!
