August 2024 Employee of the Month:

Terrence Tyree

Terrence has been with us at Colony for 5 years now and is on Terry’s Paving Crew. Terrence talked about how he really enjoys working with everybody on his crew and everybody does their part.

 

Terrence is happy that it’s finally fall, which is his favorite season. When he’s not at work, he loves spending time with his two daughters who are 2 and 5, and his wife. He loves anytime spent outside. Terrence’s go to favorite meal is any kind of pasta and his favorite basketball team is the Lakers.

 

Paving Foreman, Terry Booker complimented Terrence. “Terrence has been doing a spectacular job. From working the ground, to operating the roller, skid steer, doing traffic control, or whatever needs to be done. All I have to do is ask and he’s right on it with no problem. He has been a big help stepping in wherever is needed.”
